- Personal Use License: Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive license for personal, home, or single-classroom use only.
- Prohibited Use: You may not resell, redistribute, or share these PDF files with others. You may not upload these files to public websites or use them for commercial purposes.
- Digital Nature: You understand that you are buying digital PDF files. No physical product will be shipped to your home. You are responsible for printing the sheets.
- Modification: WonderWise reserves the right to change prices or update the content of the bundle at any time.
Intellectual Property & Copyright Protection
All content included in the WonderWise 2000+ Worksheet Bundle—including but not limited to digital PDF files, text, graphics, logos, sketches, tracing patterns, and educational layouts—is the exclusive property of WonderWise and is protected by the Indian Copyright Act, 1957 and international copyright laws.
- Single User License: Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license. This is for private, non-commercial use only (home use or single-classroom use).
- Prohibited Acts: You are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, reselling, distributing, sharing (via email, WhatsApp, or cloud links), or creating derivative works from our content for any commercial purpose.
- Legal Action: Any unauthorized use or distribution of WonderWise digital assets constitutes copyright infringement. WonderWise reserves the right to take strict legal action, including seeking monetary damages and permanent injunctions, against any individual or entity found violating these terms.
- Digital Fingerprinting: Please be aware that our digital files may contain unique identifiers to track the source of unauthorized distribution.
Returns and Refunds:
At WonderWise, we offer digital printable products. Once a purchase is made and the download link is provided, we generally do not offer refunds because the product is permanently in your possession.
Cancellations: Orders cannot be cancelled once the digital download has been initiated.
Exceptions: If you were charged twice for the same order or if the file link is broken/corrupted and we cannot fix it for you, please contact us at wonderwisefun@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase.
